Returns & Exchange Policy

At Ronbee Signature, all orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched to ensure accuracy and quality. Please review our returns and exchange policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer general returns or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.

Exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • The item received is faulty or damaged upon delivery

If you experience any of these issues, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition it was received

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Perfume oils

  • Body musks

  • Personal care items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Delivery Fees for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the delivery cost of returning items, except in cases where the error was made by Ronbee Signature.

If the issue was caused by us (wrong or faulty item), we will arrange the appropriate resolution.

Processing Approved Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the exchange has been approved.

If approved, the replacement item will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for exchange.
