At Ronbee Signature, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation during our business hours.

9:00 AM β 6:00 PM
Orders placed outside business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Lagos Deliveries
For deliveries within LagosΒ , orders are typically delivered within 1β2 working days after processing.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM may qualify for same-day delivery, depending on order volume and logistics availability.
For customers who require urgent delivery, we can arrange dispatch through Bolt or Uber bike upon request.Β Please note that urgent delivery costs are borne by the customer.
Interstate and International Shipping
We ship nationwide across Nigeria through trusted courier partners.
Our current logistics partners include:

Estimated delivery time for interstate orders is 3β5 working days, depending on the destination and courier schedule.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier company, location, and external factors beyond our control.
Store Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our store.

Opening Hours:

9:00 AM β 6:00 PM
Customers selecting store pickup will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
Our location is also available on Google Maps for easy navigation.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location and courier charges.
The exact shipping cost will be communicated at checkout or during order confirmation.
Urgent dispatch services such as Bolt or Uber delivery will be charged separately.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

β’ Operational issues beyond our control
Ronbee Signature will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the correct address and phone number.
Ronbee Signature will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order needs to be re-dispatched due to incorrect delivery details, the customer will be responsible for the additional delivery cost.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery and is unable to reach the customer due to:

Customer unavailable at the delivery location
The package may be returned or rescheduled by the courier.
Any additional delivery charges for re-dispatch will be borne by the customer.
Customers are advised to ensure they are available or reachable when their order is out for delivery.
Order Tracking
For interstate shipments sent through courier services, customers will receive tracking information where available.
This allows customers to monitor the progress of their delivery.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility for delivery lies with the logistics provider.
However, our team will assist customers in tracking shipments and communicating with the courier where necessary.

Delivery Confirmation
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided during checkout, Ronbee Signature considers the order successfully fulfilled.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
Any issues such as wrong or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos and the order number.
